How do I return an item?
Return Policy: We will happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective product for exchange or refund within 21 days of ship date. Sale items are a final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Once your refund is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account. Request to exchange merchandise as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. Due to the expenses Associated with shipping, including customs and brokerage fees, it’s not monetarily feasible to accept International returns. All international orders are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping to ensure that our customer receive the correct items ordered. Customer satisfaction is our main concern. We want you to be happy with your jewelry purchase. In the event that your jewelry is damage during shipping, contact us immediately so that a claim can be filed within the carrier. We will ship you a replacement or issue you a refund.
